Mary Smith
Cumberland Farms Employee

Navigation "My name is Mary Smith and I've been employed by Cumberland Farms for 5 years. I'm very satisfied with my choice since Cumberland Farms offers many different career choices and helps support other important aspects of my life.

"I have three small children and the Company's health and dental program have been a life saver. Last year my son fell while playing soccer and broke his leg in several places. The medical bills were substantial, but the Company's Blue Cross & Blue Shield plan covered everything without a problem. Also, my youngest daugher has a serious asthma problem and I'm able to order her inhaler through BC&BS's mail-in subscription program. Not only is the mail order Navigationprogram convenient, I also get a three month prescription filled for the cost of one month! It's a huge savings, the program can't be beat.

"Then there's retirement, after both turning 40 my husband and I have become more and more concerned about saving for the future and retirement. I recently joined the Company's 401(k) program and realized that I could put money into the program pre-tax, lowering my annual income for tax purposes. I can contribute up to 50% of my gross pay and the Company matches my contribution $.50 on the dollar up to 6% of my earnings. Now that I'm enrolled in the Company's 401(k) program my husband and I can rest a little easier about our future."

Sandra Jones
Cumberland Farms Employee

My name is Sandra Jones and I have been employed with Cumberland Farms for 6 years. I started part-time to earn extra money. I joined Cumberland Farms because of the great benefits. One benefit in particular is educational assistance. There was a time in my life where I had to leave school to take care of my family. After six months of employment, I was able to return to school to further my education. It is great because you get 100% reimbursement for a grade of A,B, or C up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar year. Reimbursement includes tuition, books, and fees. It was a fantastic opportunity. I was able to work full-time to take care of my family, and attend school part-time. Over the years, I've been promoted twice, and now I manage my own Cumberland Farms store. Recently, I have earned my bachelor's degree in business management. My education helps me run my store more efficiently. In the near future, I plan to return to school to earn my master's degree, and hopefully become an Area Sales Manager.

Stephen Dominico
Cumberland Farms Employee

My name is Stephen Dominico and I have been employed with Cumberland Farms for 2 years. I chose to work at Cumberland Farms after retiring 3 years ago. I joined Cumberland Farms to keep busy, and I am glad that I did. One of the great benefits that Cumberland Farms has to offer is paid vacations. It is great because I can work in the retail industry to keep myself busy, and I can still enjoy my annual vacations, see my grandchildren, and get a paycheck! Retirement is great and Cumberland Farms offers an excellent way to earn money, meet new people, and have fun!
