Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that your team provides the best customer service possible to your customers.
• Ensuring that your Cumberland Farms location offers the cleanest, most well stocked shopping experience possible.
• Hiring, training, and developing employees to their fullest potential.
• Maximizing sales and profits by using proven marketing and merchandising strategies.
• Overseeing store operations, supervising employees, and managing inventory and payroll costs.
• Forecasting and ordering stock and merchandise according to the Company Plan-o-gram.
• Ensuring prompt reconciliation of the Manager's paperwork.
• Executing monthly sales promotions.
• Creating an environment that promotes and supports Cumberland Farms as an employer of choice.
