A grand opening event on Wednesday, July 22 will be held to celebrate the store’s opening and will also kick-off a month-long fundraiser for the Old Colony YMCA, an organization dedicated to improving the mind, body, and spirit of individuals and families in Middleboro and surrounding communities.

Grand opening set for new Cumberland Farms in Middleboro

MIDDLEBORO — Last week, Cumberland Farms announced the opening event of its store in Middleboro at 150 South Main Street. Featuring a modernized design and architectural features, the new store will offer a range of hot food items from pizza to grilled hot dogs to fried favorites. A grand opening event on Wednesday, July 22 will be held to celebrate the store’s opening and will also kick-off a month-long fundraiser for the Old Colony YMCA, an organization dedicated to improving the mind, body, and spirit of individuals and families in Middleboro and surrounding communities. Throughout the fundraiser, 10 cents from every dispensed beverage purchased at the new Middleboro location will be donated directly to the organization.

The Middleboro store will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 22nd. The event, which will be held from 1:00 p.m. — 2:00 p.m., is open to the public. A number of residents will be in attendance, including members of the YMCA and Middleboro community members. Attendees will be offered complimentary food from Cumberland Farms’ new menu including pizza, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and everyone's favorite beverages like Farmhouse Blend or Bold coffee and fountain and frozen flavors from the Chill Zone. Susan Okolita, Executive Director of Old Colony YMCA, will also be on-hand for the ceremony as Cumberland Farms kicks-off its four week fundraising initiative for the organization.
