Responsibilities

As a Multi-Unit Area Sales Manager, your duties include:

Our Multi-Unit Area Sales Manager Trainee Program offers the best in-store training on store operations, merchandising concepts and procedures, financial information and employee relations. Training is at least twelve weeks depending on experience, and your demonstrated ability to run a Cumberland Farms convenience Store.

Position includes company car (upon assignment), lap top computer and quarterly incentive program.

The Manager-in-Training program:

  • Includes instruction by our best, most experienced Training Managers
  • Provides self-paced, hands-on practice to reinforce newly learned skills
  • Manager training is three to twenty-four weeks depending on experience.
